1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the CareQuo platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. Medical Disclaimer
CareQuo provides a platform connecting patients with independent licensed medical providers. CareQuo itself does not practice medicine and does not provide medical advice. All medical decisions are made by licensed providers through the OpenLoop Health network.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using CareQuo, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.
4. Prescription Medications
Prescriptions are issued solely at the discretion of independent licensed providers after a telehealth consultation. Compounded medications are dispensed by state-licensed pharmacies and are not FDA-approved or evaluated for safety, efficacy, or quality.
5. Payments & Billing
All charges are billed at the time of purchase. Subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis unless cancelled. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy. CareQuo reserves the right to modify pricing with advance notice.
6. Privacy
Your use of CareQuo is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CareQuo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, our services.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
