Consultation Fees
If you are not approved for treatment following your telehealth consultation, you will receive a full refund of the consultation fee within 5–7 business days.
Medication Orders
Due to the nature of prescription medications and safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns on medications that have been shipped. If your medication arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at help@carequo.com.
Subscription Plans
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your patient portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
CareQuo Meals
Meal orders must be cancelled at least 5 days before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund. Orders cancelled within 5 days of delivery are not eligible for refunds as preparation may have begun.
Exceptions
We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If you have a unique situation, please reach out to our support team at help@carequo.com and we will do our best to find a fair resolution.
